Working where the need is greatest

I use analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to improve social conditions and serve the nation, in organisations that value growth for both the team and the people they work with.

My work has taken me from data entry at BRAC to radio operations for UN security, monitoring livelihood programmes for the Red Crescent, and now managing Mobile Birth Registration across districts of Sindh. Alongside this, I lead SHADE, a registered non-profit working on education, health, protection and disaster resilience since 2012.

Supervise baseline and endline surveys
Coordinate with the LG office of each assigned district
Liaise with UC offices for smooth programme delivery
Guide UC secretaries and gatekeepers in their roles and resolve issues with the programme and technology
Hold office hours at UC offices at least twice a week
Calculate and process monthly incentives for gatekeepers
Brief provincial and government officials on visits
Call citizens for feedback on registering births through MBR

SHADE Welfare Association

A registered, independent, non-profit and non-political organisation founded in 2012 in Sukkur, working for social inclusion and community resilience across rural and urban Sindh.

SHADE is registered under the Social Welfare Voluntary Organization Act, 1961 with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Sindh. It works towards the Sustainable Development Goals through education, peace building, livelihoods, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and health.
